A customer of Saturn of Regency over 20-Year's, pressure-stress free buying experiences were the norm that abruptly ended Dec 2008 with close of the brand. Now 2013 and seeking another car after my new Saturn Aura purchase Nov 2008 and Back at square one I spent three months car and dealer shopping. I was amazed at the games, double talk, lies and trick math. Realizing I had become a spoiled Saturn owner.... It was not the brand it was the dealership that had spoiled me, my anger towards GM for closing Saturn evaporated. I decided I would look at GM / Chevrolet again. I went to Jerry Hamm Chevrolet. Zero Pressure. Zero Games. Stress free buying experience. Good Selection of vehicles. Immaculate facilities. GM / Chevrolet make great, appealing, reliable cars. All Six of my Saturn?s went over 130-K Zero problems. Many others (Nissan, Toyota Honda) do also. And if this is how those Jacksonville Dealerships that I will not name by name in this forum treat me during consideration of a purchase, is that whom I want to continue doing business with after I buy?? Those dealerships in this area could learn from Hamm?s business model. I recommend you buy from Jerry Hamm, my overall experience was wonderful and clearly I see a dealer whom puts people before profit and a dealer that in my opinion wants business based on lifetime customers and referrals and NOT "How much can I get on this deal attitude. You will NOT hear ?Let me check with my manager" ?I don?t know" etc... Etc... At Jerry Hamm. They listen and then try to make exactly what you want happen for you and will offer advice to make what you want happen - Happen even better :) Nice!! Everyone is very; very knowledgeable and they take the mentality of how can I make what this customer wants even better for them? NOT how much can I make off this customer? Rusty went above and beyond to help me (Manager) James (Sales) was wonderful. Finance department smooth easy, a pleasure to work with. I drove my new Malibu home completely relaxed and with piece of mind there is still a dealership out there that is with you all the way. Give em a visit and see for yourself. They are my new dealership. And the new Malibu?? WOW! What a car! Excellent deal! Test drives one for yourself. It will be a no stress visit and probably fun.
