Lair, Lair pants on fire! Wasted my Saturday morning getting the old bait and switch from the Internet Sales team. I specifically told them that I was interested in one particular SUV. We had gone back and forth via email for several days. I finally made the appointment to see them (the day before my arrival). Got there on Saturday and got the "O, we just sold that two days ago". (Keep in mind they just confirmed with me the day before that it was there). They tried to shove two other SUVs down my throat and low ball me on trade in value of my car. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ALLSTAR AUTOMOVTIVE! I wish I could assign this rating less than 1 star.

Loulabell, We are so sorry for the huge delay to your feedback. Thank you for sharing your sales experience with our All Star Ford/Lincoln location. Not to bore you with excuses, we dropped the ball and you did not receive the All Star Treatment we commit to customers. We have made and are continuing to make changes to better serve our customers. Since your feedback, the person in charge of responding to this type of email passed away, and the manager of the Internet department is no longer employed with All Star.
