Ross Downing Service

Recall was performed in exceptional time. When I called for appr to have recall done, I also requested an oil change. I was informed that there was a special of an oil change & tire rotation for $39.99. All work -- recall, oil change and tire rotation was done in less than 1 & 1/2 hours--surely record time. Thanks to Terry in service.

I recently bought a 2012 Dodge Journey. Other dealers, didn't have time for me. My situation was tough, with trade in and financing numbers. I was frustrated till I got to Ross Downing. Bob Stann and Steve went above and beyond to help me get the Journey. Paul was great in finance also. To be treated like family and a human means alot.
