TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My husband and I purchased a used F250 from Massey Automotive on June 17, 2013. To start off with the sales person was not completely honest on what he got our payment out to, even though we told him several times what it had to be and that we had and hour and a half drive to get there. When we get there it was double and we had to wait and extra day to get with another bank. Then they said they would deliver it to us, well, we had to come and get it. A week later the truck wouldn't crank and the injectors along with other sensors needed replacing. We bought a warranty, but the warranty did not want to cover it b/c it was just bought, therefore, falling on the dealership. They did fix it FINALLY, but 20 days later and after we had to call 3 and 4 times a day. Never receiving a return phone call. Had we not been so diligent, it would not have got done. Then the temporary tag expired before they sent the money to the tax collectors office and we had to ask several times for a new temporary tag and no one could give us an update on paperwork. When we finally got the truck back last week the tax collector's office called and said they had the paperwork and money. My husband went up there yesterday and they didn't send enough money!!!! It has been on thing after another and we told them to make sure the tax, tag, title and fees were included so we would pay nothing at the tag office. I stated this several times! And again NO RETURN PHONE CALL!!! Please do not make the mistake I did and even give this dealership the time of day! I am so disappointed. I even emailed the owner over two weeks ago to discuss my dismay and no response.
