Working with Rob Symank was a great experience. Rob is very courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and professional. The entire customer experience was excellent. So excellent that my wife and I purchased two new vehicles just days apart. Also, dealing with the entire Douglass staff has been very positive. We had a small warranty issue on one vehicle and it was handled very professionally and satisfactorily. I have nothing but high praise for Rob and for Douglass Nissan.

I was a little skeptical at first.
I was a little skeptical at first. Personally I’ve had lots of bad experiences with car salesman and dealerships. However, I highly recommend the Nissan house in Waco. And I highly recommend working with Brandon Smith. He’s a good one, not one to get over on you.

Chad West, sales, was excellent.
Chad West, sales, was excellent. I had issues with the Douglas Nissan finance process. Setting up an account with Nissan Finance was terrible. The call to Nissan Finance took 48 minutes to make contact. Then I went through the process of setting up an account and establishing an auto pay account. The system informed me that the Nissan account and auto pay was completed. The next day, I tried to log in and could not. The system did not recognize my password. Very frustrating.

Very sorry to hear about the issues with Nissan Finance. That is frustrating and we share your sentiment. Nissan Motor Acceptance recently switched some systems and had some issues during that time.
