We bought the car on July 4, 2015. The detailing of the car was not that great. There was plastic covering still on the silver part that I had to scrape off with my fingernails. I went through the internet salesman to locate a car like I wanted. He could not find one with a sunroof, however, he had the color and everything else I was looking for. I was disappointed that the internet salesman handed us off to another sales person. This guy did not know anything about Sonatas. He couldn't give us any information. I kept asking the guy if they had any sonatas with a sunroof. He said they had sold the last one so we decided to buy the one we test drove. It was a good price. After we finished purchasing the car we found out through conversation between the two salesman that there was a 2016 or 2015 model of the same car with a sunroof. The salesman claimed he was unaware of this until after we had already signed the papers to purchase our car. This really aggravated me. My husband and I had asked if they had any with sunroofs even different colored ones. We were told no. We left with the car. Our dissatisfaction came in the next part of this review. Since we bought the car on the fourth of July, the finance manager, Tyrone, said he could not give us a temporary tag to put on the car. He claimed they were locked in the vault. Now I do not believe this statement was true. I wonder if he even knew how to print one. We left with the dealership tag on the car. He said they would mail the temporary tag to us, and we should have it by Monday or Tuesday.. Well....ten days later we do not have a temporary tag. My husband and I called every day trying to locate our temporary tag. The salesman, Leroy and Tyrone said it had been mailed. We never received it!!!! We can't drive after 3-7 days of purchasing the car on a dealership tag. We could be pulled over and our paperwork would show we needed a temporary tag. We were told by Derek Davenport the tag would be overnighted to us. I called to see where the tag was because it never made it to my house in Valdosta the next day. The receptionist said it was laying on the counter. UPS never picked it up. Could not one person from the dealership drop it off at UPS?????? Poor, poor service. If I could I would return the car. It was not worth the hassle we have been through. Finally, the receptionist emailed me a scan copy of the temporary tag. I guess we will have to print it out ourselves and tape it to our car. So aggravated!!

Salesman was very helpful (Mr. Bruce) and I paid a fair price for my vehicle. A little irritating because deal drug out for several days with body shop repairs and cleaning / detailing done (part of deal) but it was end of year and they were busy. Don't depend on detailing work... they did nothing that was promised me but I was just ready to be done... HORRIBLE DETAILING JOB !
