We came in Saturday, 1-9-16. Immediately we were greeted by Sales Manager, Ryan Kuhaneck, who introduced us to the Sales Product Specialist, Dan Smith. Dan asked some questions. We knew we were looking for a new Rogue, and his questions helped us to quickly narrow down the trim level we fit with. We chose a color, and went out for a test drive with Dan. He was excellent in selling the car to us! He knew we wanted good gas mileage, and described and showed us the Eco feature. We also like to have quick manuvering on the highway, so he explained Sport mode to us and let us try it out. The ride was beautiful and so smooth, and we loved the feel of the car during the test drive. We also wanted to learn more about the features. Dan knew we were looking also at a Jeep Renegade, but he did not insult that car. He just showed us all of the features of the Rogue, along with some bells and whistles we loved but were not expecting. Dan knew the car top to bottom, and explained the features so well. We quickly realized that this was the car for us. We were sold on it! We returned to Dan's desk and filled out paperwork. Financing was quick and easy, but there was a little wait. While we waited, we were greeted By Mike Powers, the New Car Sales Manager, and AJ Napper, a Sales Product Specialist. We got cards from both of them, and were encouraged to call with questions or concerns if needed. AJ took us to financing when it was time, and we met Chuck Brown, the Finance Manager. Signing papers was fast and easy. Chuck answered every question so professionally and helped us to stay prefectly in our budget! We did not take delivery on Saturday. We had to wait until Monday so we could bring our money in. Delivery was FAST! Dan knew we were coming in, and had the car gassed up and detailed for us. He went over the car options (bells and whistles) again, and synched our phones to the bluetooth feature so we had hands free ability. What I liked best about Vaden Nissan was the feeling of being a valued customer. Not once did I feel like I was being hard sold anything or pressured into something I did not want. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service here is excellent! I recommend Dan Smith, and the entire staff of Vaden Nissan if you are looking for a pressure-free car buying experience!
