Central Kia makes me smile

Hey Scott, This is Hollie. I am always 100% satisfied every time I come in to have any work done on my car. You always put a smile on my face when I am having a bad day and yesterday was a really bad day but you brightened my day up by putting a smile on my face. You and Emily are awesome and I love it when I can come in and know that a smile will be put on my face. I trust you and Emily opinions and suggestions, you both are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and you both care for the customers who come in and need work done. I will never take my car anywhere else coming to you is as far as I will go cause I know that I will always get the service I am looking for and know that the job will get done regardless of how long I have to wait for my car to get worked on that's why you will never see me complain about the wait time cause I know that a good job is getting done. I don't care if I have to wait 2 hours I will not gripe ever. Every time I bring my car in the work on my car is outstanding and I am very pleased with the service. I give you and Emily 10 stars for outstanding service. Thank you for being such a wonderful service advisor you are the best. Horrible Dealership

Bought a new gas cap for my Kia Sedona and when I got home to install it, I found a used gas cap in the box. When I went to exchange it, the parts manager stated that he was the person who pulled the part off the shelf and that he opens everything that he pulls and inspects it himself which was basically accusing me of lying. If he had done that he would have noticed a dirty and grease gas cap. He would have also noticed it was the old style cap. I asked for a new gas cap and a discount since I had to drive from Frisco twice to get it. He did agree to exchange it for a new one, but no discount and I left feeling like I was being accused of wrong doing. One of the worst decisions I have made in my life has been purchasing my van and getting it serviced at Central Kia of Plano. I have yet to go there and get my van fixed without multiple trips.

My Wife and I's 05 Sorento in Plano

We went in just looking, and walked out with a new car...haha...tim and "E-money" couldn't remember his name...sorry were great from the start. after it was all said and done we walked out with a sweet warranty and stayed in our budget. Stuart the finance guy was awesome as well! we still need to bring him the cookies we promised...haha...all that being said, we read some reviews that had nothing but bad to say, and they were completely the opposite! I had another friend that bought from Lewisville and has nothing but good to say Bryan and Amanda Dixon

The people that helped me purchase my used car were the greatest. They even came out to me house picked me up (as I didn't have a car) took me to the dealership to look, helped me in every way.The finance people also were the most helpful and kind. I would go there again to buy or send my friends.
