Exceptional customer service

We were met at the door and greeted. Because we knew what we wanted to buy, we didn't need to look around. The 2015 Fusion was brought to the front door for us to test drive. We were very satisfied with the car and returned to the dealership. We completed & signed the necessary documents for submission to Ford Credit. Joe Johnston and his staff worked to get the best financing deal for us. It was Saturday morning, so we agreed to meet late Monday to pick up the new car. Even though it required them to stay after closing, everyone who helped us was cheerful and willing to get us in our car. We returned to the dealership to have our plates put on and were again greeted at the door before we had a chance to open it. Joe Johnston and his staff are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers get the vehicle they want, at a fair price, with the best financing and service possible.

I ordered the new 2015 Edge. Camille and Ron closely monitored the progress of the vehicle and kept me updated on a regular basis as to the progress/location of the vehicle. When they knew it had arrived in Dallas they marked it "hot" and it arrived in New Boston the next day. When it came to financing, Camille worked with Ford Credit to get me a rate comparable to a local lending institution and the process was relatively painless. Ron helped me program the garage door opener and then put my tags on for me when they arrived. I wouldn't trade with anyone else!!
