WENT TO DEALER TO PICK UP AN ARTICLE THAT I HAD PURCHASED. PREVIOUS TO THE PURCHASE, KEN MY PARTS SERVICE GUY SUGGESTED I GET THE ITEMS FOR FREE. I TOOK HIS ADVICE AND MOSS INSTALLED THE REAR GRUADS ON MY TRUCK. I NEEDED TO PURCHASE THE FRONT ITEMS AND I DID. KEN SAVED ME OVER $50. WHILE I WAS AT THE DEALER I NOTICED MY REAR TIRES NEED AIR. MY SERVICE MANAGER DISCOVERED THE TIRES TOOK NITROGEN AND I WAS SENT ACROSS THE STREET AND THE NITROGEN WAS PLACED IN THE TIRES FOR FREE. THANKS TO MY SERVICE MANAGER THAT CALLED AHEAD AND MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS.

The service at moss brothers was excellent and if by changing the transmission fluid is the fix for the transmission cooling fluid over heating. When traveling up the Cajon pass will correct the problem and it not overheat again in the future that will be great. I have read some reviews that the transmission overheated and blew up while driving. I certainly hope by changing the transmission fluid it does the job. We also live in the 4500 ft. level and if we wanted to go to the mountains at 7000 foot level with our patriot 4x4 2.4l engine latitude jeep it would perform as expected and not over heat the transmission fluid. I will have to wait and see what happens in the future. Moss brothers done what was expected as advised by the jeep and dodge Cooperate office. San Bernardino serviced what Jeep said to do.
