I had a good experience. I did not experience any of the typical car salesman nonsense that had already made me walk out of one dealership that day. The salesman was straightforward and honest and didn't play any games.

great service. Professional

Rudolfo, our salesman, was great. Very helpful and not the "beat em up" attitude I experienced with the last car I bought. I really appreciated the lack of high pressure and professional treatment we received from all departments involved. Rotolo does have customer service down.

Servic took longer than expected
