The overall review, I would give a five. One the customer service rep. that I talked to was ver helpful. She was straight forward. She let me know what she could do or couldn't. That, that she didn't know she asked and confirmed with accuracy.

paying cash for an 08 LTZ sub 4x4

Well I drove up in a beat up ford focus ,paid for I'm not upside down.ms,Stephanie green worked with me after bout two hours out in that cold I found my truck ,ready to write a check if they work with me,salesman said you trying to get something for free it was almost 4grand over blue book as I set an googled it on my cell, my wife got hot and I said lets see if they will reconsider$$$ tomorrow . Came back this time I let ms green see the type of money I was working with ,I wanted the truck ,, the manager said to me if you can find this truck for what you're spending buy it big boy ,I was upset and I quietly left But I got one now same truck from city auto in Memphis ,service records from jimmy gray lmao... I got a good ole boy welcome to the south my money wasnt green oh well

Purchased a Previously Owned Chevy Malibu

I used Cars.com in my search of this vehicle and was lead to Jimmy Gray which is an hour+ away from my residence. In all it was worth the trip. They were willing to negotiate with me am I feel I left with good deal. The Sales Mgmt team was very interactive. However my patience was tested as a newer Salesman stalked me coming in the dealership and he needs to improve his selling and listening skills. Customers are not one size fits all and he drove a process vs. a buying experience.

Welcome to the Chevy Family

I wanted to purchase an Impala so I jumped on the internet and searched for local dealers. I had been looking online for about 2wks so I decided to make Jimmy Gray my first lot visit before I picked my car because I saw the gold/beige 2012 Chevy Impala online. Turns out this was my only stop. I arrived and went straight towards the cars instead of the salesmen, I figure if they want my business they would come to me. My salesman "Mark Wheeler" was cool, he didn't come across a used car dealer. The best thing about Mark was that he let me "pick" my car instead of trying to sale a car to me. My girlfriend also said that she liked him. She said he was nice and funny and he was genuine during the conversation they had while I was closing on the car purchase. So now I'm part of Jimmy Gray Chevy Family and I enjoyed my induction...

I'd like to take this time and thank ms Alberta at jimmy gray Chevolet from the moment I pulled up she was there to greet me in, and for the first time in about six months of searching for the best deal on a new truck. Every other place I went to said sorry but they couldn't help me. But she actually took time to search high and low and found me a new truck that I could get financed! I needed to find a good deal because I was upside down apon entering the dealership, she came out side and told me we found u a truck! I was and still very happy! Thank u miss Alberta I will never forget that moment I saw my very own silverado! :)

Great Service!!!!

My husband and I bought our second vehicle from Dean at Jimmy Gray in May and we love it. The service and staff are great and make you feel very welcome. We shop for vehicles no where else since we bought the first one there. It is a 2 hour drive from our home but well worth it. Dean has been a great salesman both occasions he has made sure we got exactly what we want and in our price range. We will be back for our next purchase.

Outstanding, Incredible, Amazing Job

Mr. & Mrs. Smith would like to say that we were at the end of our lease and Dean Kenton worked a miracle and got us the vehicle we always wanted. Mr. Kenton didn't try to rush us into a vehicle, he actually gave us time to think on it. For the first time, Mr. Kenton made us feel like true customers the way he worked the deal and SAVE us money.
