Riser Harness Ford

This was my first experience and impression of this dealership and its service. Not the best experience I've had by any means did an Inspection and didn't find that my tire pressure was off and didn't even put air in the tires. Guy just seemed liked he kept trying up sell me. My car wasn't a sound when I came in then it was after left. And same with a leak my car hand been sitting in my drive lake nothing seen it run and idle I take it in there after it leaking something in the front. Did not feel like my needs were taken care of or met in anyway shape or form

Service department very slow. Lied about the process of repair like I was stupid or something. Very Uncooperative, waiting for hours. Without any updates on progress.

Salesman Greg was the best Salesman I've ever had buying a car. Went in to buy a Bronco and not only bought that but an Escape for my wife also. When we went in to pick up the Escape Greg spent all the time we needed showing us the many features.

Was looking for used explorer. They showed me new would be a better choice for what I wanted to use it for. So easy buy.
