Great customer service

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Chris Strong was amazing when trading in my old car which I bought from him two years ago. Ryan was my salesman and he was great as well. They got me approved same day and I walked out with my new car. :)

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff

I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge last week at Jim Burke Ford at the auto mall. My salesman, Mike Houser, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to go over every feature of the car very clearly with me. He helped make my new car purchase experience a very pleasant one. Katherine in the finance department was also very friendly. She explained all features and benefits of the many ancillary products offered by Jim Burke Ford. She was courteous and professional. I was very impressed with the overall experience and staff that assisted me. Thank you Mike and Katherine!

Great Service at the AutoMall

The staff at the Automall location is so helpful and friendly. The waiting area is extremely comfortable. I love the free WiFi and coffee. I got right in with no waiting. Im making the drive to the AutoMall location for my servicing and repair needs!
