I liked the fact that we were treated like family. You spoke both our languages, and went thru every detail during paperwork. We weren't pushed to buy, I liked that. Alex was very helpful and treated us like he knew us from years ago. Thanks so much!

2014 F-250 Platinum 6.7 Diesel - I would like to say that Jason my service representative, at the Jim Burke Ford Gasoline Alley location, has once again done a phenomenal job!! Jason was able to get my vehicle in for service right away, due to a check engine light, and had my truck performing as expected!!! the experience was great...Ford takes good care of my Ford! one issue if you can help. we keep getting "free oil change" post cards in the mail. the only problem is they are for the expedition which we traded in for the explorer. such a value waste. thank you, mike johnson

Best Service from Ford and never a Toyota again..

I have always ONLY purchase Toyota all my driving years. I was about to buy a 4-Runner. I am so glad that someone talked me into test driving a Ford first, before the purchase the New Toyota. I must say, after driving and purchasing my 2014 Ford Edge I don't think I will ever go back to a Toyota again. The service that I received from a young Salesman and the Finance Department I am so HAPPY I went this route. I couldn't ask for better Customer Service from both the Salesman Mr. Hahs and Geoff in Finance. Once again, thank you so much Jim Burke Ford (Oak St. Bakersfield) for everything that you have done so for me and look forward to the years to Driving and Enjoying my new 2014 Ford Edge. BUYING AN EXPLORER MADE EASY

We could not find an Explorer in your stock that met our needs and Mike worked until he found one which we picked up on Friday the 14th. Katherine was very helpful on filling out the volumes of paper needed to buy a car any more. All in all it was a good experience and my wife is happy (the most important thing). Our next vehicle will most likely be trading in my vintage F150 for a new one (one of these days). Thanks

Purchase of New Ford Explorer

We purchased a new explorer. Our salesman was Frank Thahim who was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and promptly answered our questions. He made himself available to answer questions outside of his normal work hours and was able to find the right vehicle for us at another dealership.
