Outback first service

Although I felt it took longer than expected due to staffing issues in the "car wash" department, my Outback was practically spotless when I did receive it! All I expected was for the salt & grime to be gone, but the insides were also cleaned and it looked like new. It was a pleasant surprise. Too bad the weather didn't allow me to enjoy the immaculate condition for very long.

Oil change

Broujt in 2015 Outback for oil change and to check the filler lid. They did the oil change and put in new nitrogen in the tires which I had had to fill with a pump when the low pressure indicator lit up while I was 40 miles from the dealer. They gave us a complimentary oil change even though we were 3 months pass the time when we would have gotten it. Also had the tube of paint wiating for us that we had ordered.

Everyone at Mike Brown Subaru always seem happy to see you,they are especially nice and friendly. They not only make me feel special, but my dog Baxter as well. They are on time and very efficient in their service. It's worth the drive from Boone to be treated with respect, caring and kindness, not to mention excellent service at a reasonable cost.
