Kid friendly

I recently had to have my Ford Edge serviced due to an odd noise coming from the rear while driving on the highway. I dropped my car at Crescent and the technicians diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the wheel baring that had gone bad. Since I am a mom of a 2yr old little boy, I was very pleased to find the kid friendly waiting room complete with matchbox cars, books and an iPad! This was a HUGE plus for me especially since we had to wait a few hours. It made our wait much better! Thank you for your professional service and your thoughtfulness towards moms & dads with young kids! :)

The new store is great! The waiting room is relaxing and work friendly while waiting. The service writer,and my salesman, (Hap) came out and set with me just to say hello and check to see that I am happy and satisfied with everything past present and future with my Ford experience. The service department had me in and out very quickly to continue my day. Job well done!

i have a 2012 ford f150 i bought used the pryor owner had it serviced there so for my first oil change i took it to the dealership on a saturday with out an appoinment, they apoligized and said it would take awhile but i was out of there in an hour thats super
