had my car serviced the works for 39.99 ending up to be 50.02 no rebate no tires rotated nothing inspected but only with a flashlight under the car I stood and watched the whole process they said they did the works but I didn't see the works only on my wallet

Hi Curtis, The Works Oil change special is a national campaign supported by Ford Motor Company and we do participate. Unfortunately, at this time Ford isn't running the special. When the special is being offered it only covers up to 5 quarts of oil and your particular vehicle requires more than 5. I couldn't verify that your tires were not rotated but I have no reason to refute your statement. It could have been an oversight, I'm not sure. Great service

A very special thanks to all that were involved in helping my wife and I purchase a car today. I have not been to a car dealership in quit some time but these guys made it enjoyable. Chris Huston done an outstanding job of walking us through all of it and then when it got to the money crunching Mike took over and got it all finalized. Great service, great salesman

Not satisfied at all with my Explorer

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer on December 31st 2012. Within six months the passenger tail light had water in it and shorted out. On December 31st of 2013 my daughter and I smelled something burning while driving. It was the electrical system and as the repair man at Greenwood said "it was fried". I have had many conversations with ford motor company and Greenwood Ford but they refuse to buy the Explore back so if this happens again and my warranty has run out I am just out of luck. Will never buy anything else from Greenwood ford or any ford at all for that matter. They can cry buy American all the want but I never had anything like this with my Toyota.

Awesome Service

Mike was able to locate the exact vehicle that I was searching for in less than a day. Been looking for a new car with good gas mileage and no hassles. Having bought several new cars over our lifetime my wife Patti and I were pleasantly surprised by the patience and professionalism of my salesman, Philip Talbott. Dustin Siletchnik also helped complete the sale. Both men were knowledgable about the product we chose. Negotiation was very positive and we didn't feel anxious or pressured to close the deal. Our sales consultant was Philip Talbott, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, explaining and describing the vehicles with detail. He made us feel comfortable, with no pressure to make a decision. He gave us a very good deal, so we ended up buying a Ford Escape. He went far and beyond showing us step-by-step and actually programming and synchronizing the voice activated features included in our Ford Escape. We really appreciate his kindness. Philip is a great salesman, we highly recommend him. We are very pleased with our vehicle giving us 33 mpg on the highway! Overall Greenwood Ford is a ***** dealership!
