My parent purchased a vehicle from Glenbrook a few weeks before I did. They highly recommended Scott. He was GREAT! If I know anyone that is looking at buying a new vehicle I would send them to Glenbrook and have them ask for Scott. He was amazing. Everyone there were great with my daughters also. Matt did a great job helping out on the loan too. Not only do they go above and beyond, they have great personalities also. Very funny guys, very personable. Thank you guys!

Best experience ever!

October 4,2012, We stopped in at your Dodge dealership on Tuesday, the 2nd and met Kevin Furry, salesman. He was very friendly and asked what we were interested in for a car. We had an unusual request: A vehicle with removable console. He had a Dodge Caravan in red, my color, and new all about the product from A to Z. We wanted this type because our dog loves the freedom to come to the front seat or other areas of the van. We would not have purchased the vechicle except for Kevin. Here are the qualities we expect from a top-notch salesman. He was very interested in our request, friendly, but not PUSHY, knows his product and showed us how to operate everything in the van, listened to our requests, eager to help, very efficient, clean cut, and offered to finish the sale on HIS DAY OFF. Was not inconvenienced at all. When we asked questions, if he needed to research it, he said so. Had confidence regarding his job and was very HONEST. We would not have purchased the Grand Caravan if Kevin had not given us the entire picture about purchasing the vechicle. We have been looking for a van for a long time and not successful, but this time Kevin was a Winner for us. Kevin stay as nice as you are and you will reach the top of your career. You are very personable and the public will never have a problem communicating or trusting your expertise. Thanks for filling our need. Mouse Bender

I just wanted to drop a line to inform everyone of an awsome salesman you have there in Joe Trevino, we came in late on a Saturday for a test drive an by 9 pm driving home in a 2011 durango !! we have been mostly a GM family but when Joe showed us 3 different versions ( because i was being difficult) he won us over. The BEST Auto Dealer in and around Ft. Wayne

We purchased our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan at Glenbrook Dodge and found it to be the BEST experience we have ever had while buying a new auto. Our salesman, Andre Pitchardo, was awsome! He knew his product, he knew exactly what needed to be done, but never failed to answer our questions, and treat us with respect, and kindness. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and actually congratulated us on our purchase. The showroom was extremely clean and comfortable. Trade-in with no surprises

I live in Cincinnati. I emailed back and forth with Chris Noble for a while trying to come to an agreement on a trade. Chris worked very well with me. We spoke on the phone a few times and came to an agreement. I drove 3 hours to the dealership and we made the deal happen with no surprises. The car on their lot was just as Chris had described it. They let me take it for an inspection prior to signing any paperwork. I drove the car off their lot that same day. They gave me a good deal for my trade and a good deal on the selling price of the car on their lot. Overall a good low-stress buying experience.

Excellent Buying Experience

In brief, my future vehicle purchase(s) will be through Joe Payton at Glenbrook CDJ. Each member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly, professional and there was a complete absence of pressure each step of the process. Joe broke every auto salesman stereotype. No pressure. No games. No 'I have to speak with my manager'. After we had finished our business and it was time to work with the finance group, it was more of the same. I was presented with various after-market options (warranties, paint/interior protection, etc.) but was not pressured to purchase any extras; they were simply presented and explained. The specific color that I was looking for had been discontinued by Jeep, so I was not able to custom order my vehicle. After performing a search to locate vehicles optioned to my liking in inventory, I contacted Joe for help. Ultimately, Joe worked with a dealership in Arkansas to transfer the vehicle that I wanted. I was unable to meet with Joe the day it arrived, but the Jeep was kept indoors, warm and safe until my arrival. Summary; I got what I wanted, the price I wanted and nothing I did not want; an excellent buying experience.
