We have been to Marion Ford several times in the last couple of months. For research, for test drives and lastly to purchase a used vehicle. Each time we treated with respect and honesty and NEVER felt the pressure tactics that we experienced at other dealerships. We dealt with Nate during the purchase process. We had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles, a 2011 and 2010 version of the same car. Upon walking thru the doors he greeted us personally, with "I was just going to call you because the 2011 is about to be sold".. He took us for a test drive in the 2010 and showed us the payment options and price. Unlike other dealerships he didn't proceed to try and sell us a newer more expensive vehicle... Every step of the way we had full disclosure, every question was answered fully... Even though it was getting late and they were obviously closing for the night, we were taken through to talk to the finance Guru, talked through the options for financing and extended warrantees. Again at each step we were expecting the pressure tactics of trying to sell us the higher priced vehicle or more expensive warrantee coverage, but we didn't get it. We were given the facts and allowed to make our own decision. To summarise, this was the best experience in car buying we have ever had. Friendly staff who don't pressure you or avoid answering questions... Nobody trying to upsell you into a more expensive vehicle. This is how car buying should be!
