Bryant Motors is AWESOME

Jeff our sales rep is a great guy. I would recommend him as a sales person to anyone looking for a new or used car. I bought a used Mustang from Bryant and they were great through the whole process. My wife and I are extremely happy with the no pressure, laid back manner of Bryant Motors. Most dealership make you feel very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Bryant with a five star rating. They bent over backwards for us!!!!

Absolute Worst dealership in country!

This dealership seriously needs to be shutdown. I purchased a Dodge vehicle from another dealership other than this one and was very pleased. I recently moved to Sedalia and had an engine problem on my vehicle that was and still is under warranty along with an extended warranty. I took my vehicle to Bryant Motors to have them look at problem, diagnose, and fix the problem which is what warranties are for. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Once I arrived the kid asked me what was going on with vehicle and directed me to the waiting area. I waited for about an hour and the service agent kid came back and sat beside me telling me that I had a cylinder misfire and the engine needed work. I asked how long til they could get fixed and he kinda scoffed at me like I was putting him and the dealership out. He told me they have no loaner vehicles that are road worthy besides possibly one without air conditioning. He told me it would prob be about 3 weeks before he could get my vehicle in for repair and that it would be just fine to drive all over until then. I verified with him again to make sure it would be ok to continue driving this vehicle for nearly a month longer. He stuttered and went to talk to his service manager. He came back after about a half hour and said it's actually not ok to keep driving this vehicle due to other issues arising and getting worse. Then he asked if I could just not drive the vehicle. I was amazed at this. I told him it's my only vehicle and that I paid good money for a warranty as well as extended warranty. The agent and desk clerk in the waiting room stated they hoped I didn't have an extended warranty because it's too hard for them to figure out info on the plan and what all is covered. I told them I did in fact have an extended warranty which seemed to put them out. The agent then told me they could keep the vehicle right then and give me a loaner that barely runs and possibly they could get my vehicle back to me by Friday and this was Monday morning that all this was happening. I agreed since it was very temporary. The agent gave me the loaner and seemed very upset that I was receiving basically their only loaner vehicle that ran. I left and called back Wednesday afternoon to check the status and was told they haven't even started and would put a rush on it starting Thursday morning to have it ready by Friday afternoon. I was called Thursday afternoon and told that they didn't have the parts to put my car back together and it would be another week before they could get it done. I was very upset and decided to get another dealerships opinion of they way Bryant Motors was handling this situation and how long this engine fault should actually take. I called the dodge dealership in Lees Summit and told them all that was wrong and how they had my vehicle for a full week. They were very surprised and told me they could have it done in 1 day no problem and even looked up my extended warranty while I was talking to them on the phone. I was very impressed and asked if I could drop it off to them Fri morning and they were happy to have. I then proceeded to Bryant motors and asked to have my vehicle back since they were not willing to help me and they were very happy to give me it back to me and they had never even took it apart or anything whatsoever after having it a week. I dropped my vehicle off at the Dodge dealership in Lees Summit and was given a vehicle very comparable to mine while they fixed my issue. They had the vehicle back and fixed in one day. Bryant Motors is a lousy and incompetent dealership. They only want your money and do not care at all about future business. I experienced poor service all the way from the service agent to the clerk sitting on her rear and scoffing at people acting like she's better than you. If you want this experience then give it a shot and enter Bryant Motors in Sedalia. Don't put them out, just go somewhere else.

Fantastic group of people who work at Bryant's.

My wife and I bought our first Chrysler cars this past year. We purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger for her and a 2014 Dodge 1500 big horn pickup for me. We have never owned a dodge before and after my son had such good luck with his Jeep deal we decided to give them a try. Greg, our salesman, was fantastic in working with us. Shortly after my wife got her Dodge Avenger she hit a deer and did alot of damage. Kyle was so good to loan us a vechicle until our car got out of the shop. We will recommend them to anyone and will be back when we trade again. Thanks to all the good people at Bryant's.

There is not a Honda dealer in Sedalia and I have worked with the service department when I purchased my PT Cruiser here before. I trust Jeremy as he has had experience in working on the Honda brand. They know me by name now and I like the relationship of trust that we have built over the years.

Excellent Customer Service

Kyle and the staff at Bryant Motors are most AWESOME with the service department - time to renew van license and needed an inspection and they took care of everything before my latte even got cold!! Thanks so much for everything you guys do. Everytime we need service work done, it's always ready before we are expecting it. And the nice waiting area is set up with toys for the kids and TV for the adults, but don't get too comfortable - you won't be waiting long!! Thanks Guys!!!

Bryant Motors is the BEST!!!

I had a wheel bearing go out on my truck. The dealership was able to get me in the same day I called and had me back on the road in about one hour. The guys in the service department were great to work with and seemed appreciative of my business. I will be going back to Bryant Motors for all of my auto needs.
