Great service department and friendly to.

I have bought several cars and truck from W.K. over the past few years and never had the first problem with the service department or any one working there. I have always been treated with respect and enjoy the waiting room while eating popcorn (very good) and visiting with other customers. No one ever complains about W.K. to me.

First Time Buying a Car

It was my first time buying a car and dealing with a dealership. I was very nervous about the experience and very anxious. Jeremiah was my salesman and he made the entire experience easy and simple. He took his time to ensure I was calm and thinking rationally. He joked around with me to calm me down and made sure I understood exactly what I was doing. He took the time to personally make me feel better about the situation. Jeremiah has continued to follow up with since the transaction and asked how my car was doing along with my experience. I could not of asked for better customer service.

What a SHAME

My family and I have went to WK to buy every new car and truck we have ever had, furthermore I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and their service department is to blame. First after you buy a new car or truck they say they'll wash it for you but that doesn't happen unless you complain to manager, second of all when you call service to schedule an oil change for your car they are not flexible on the times that you can get it done, one instance I had to go over 2000 miles past the mileage due date.
