With my recent retirement we are now a single income family and our 2007 vehicle is out of warranty and we had decided it is time to trade it in and purchase a new vehicle or explore a lease option. This was our first lease purchase experience and your Chapel Hill's dealership Manager and our personal sales associate, Jessica Lamb were very helpful and patient as they answered all of our questions. We had expressed some concerns with the service at the dealership of our previous vehicle so it was appreciated that Jesse, our Sales Associate took the time to introduce us to the Service department employees and assure us about the level of service we would receive. Nadine Bateman was super helpful in sending me emails on available vehicles as we were making up our mind on the type of vehicle and dealership we would visit. Overall a great buying experience and we are looking forward to our next 3 years with our new Tucson!
