2010 Chevy Impala

Went to the Sprinfield, IL branch checking out an Impala and imformation on it for when I recieve my income tax return next month. Ryan Maisenbacher was vey helpful and was able to make a deal with no money down and financing with in my budget getting the Impala now instead of waiting a month for my refund 5 star service all around

I was shopping for a new impala. Found one that I liked and we agreed on the 60 Month finance. The finance guy tried to Wright me up for ,,72 month. Lucky I caught it. I almost walked,but I needed the car. The salesman almost cried and said,"didn't I do my job?" Purchased the car for 60month financing,. Then the salesman didn't have time to show me the features. Said come back tomorrow. Well, I did come back the next day, with some paint on my front bumper peeling. Salesman said looks like I had got into some paint remover and that they would not warranty it.Said to buy some touch up paint.what!...guess I'll be going somewhere else for service.

We would like to speak with you about this incident peeling paint would be a warranty issue on a new vehicle, We have no record of a new Impala being sold recently to anyone with the name provided please call we are a small dealership and no one here recalls a incident like this happening, We pride ourselves on customer service before and after the sale and would have rectified the incident in a different matter than was described

Bought a new impala and they tried to trick me on the financing.told me 60 no and lucky me I noticed that they had the paperwork at 72 months. Then the salesman didn't have the time to do a walk around and show me the features. When I got home I noticed some peeling paint. Took it back the next day and they said I must have gotten into something. I will never step foot on that dealership again!

Sent an inquiry re: a specific vehicle asking whether a specific service had been performed, and got only a generic reply prompting me to come in for a test drive. I replied asking yet again whether the service had been performed, and got nor reply. Several days later the vehicle was no longer listed in inventory, so apparently it sold. Too bad, as their lack of interest in replying to a specific question soured me to dealing with them again. Marked them off my list of places to shop for our next car...

shame on landmark

I bought a Buick for land mark that was plagued with problems. I was continually in the shop. Good thing we bought the extended warranty. The service dept in taylorville. Imo, does not care. Does not fix the problem. Is short with their customers. I tried to get a hold of the owner about my concerns, ( I won't mention the name)( but it rhymes with GRANT) owner was rude. I traded my Buick off. Never again, Buick. Never again landmark.

Great from beginning to end!

My husband and I were looking for a dependable second vehicle for commuting to work. We had our eye on a couple of pre-owned vehicles and never dreamed that we would qualify for a new car with a good rate of interest. We worked with Sione Neely and he was outstanding! They were very busy that day but he kept us informed of what was going on during the process. We wound up with a brand new Chevy Sonic and are thrilled with the car and the salesmanship. We will recommend Landmark in Taylorville to anyone we hear of that is looking for a great deal on an automobile...even though the dealership was not close to our home, we will travel back to Taylorville in the future!

Shady loan practices poor service dept. This dealer continues to Change ownership. So this should give you a indication that landmark has major issues. Shame on me for not fully reading contract. The service has run my car out of oil the day after I took it in for an oil change. I could go on... contacted the owner "Grant" he was less than concerned. Rude is the word. Never again!!!!!
