I spoke to Hatfield KIA first and told them to give me there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told them to call me the next day after they sharpened there pencil. They called me the next day and gave me another price a little lower but still not where I wanted it. I email Ricart and got a price from one email that was $2000 less than Hatfield?s best price. I called Ricart KIA location and told them where I wanted to be. He told me to come on down and they would see what they could do. I meet with Rollin after I arrived and gave him the price I wanted. He took it to the finance department and that was it. I offered to pay the dealer fee, title and tag out of my pocket and they gave me the car for the price I wanted to pay. The best car buying experience that I have ever had! You have a customer for life! Plus it doesn?t hurt that you have a huge selection and just about every manufacturer on the planet in one place! I will be back and I will send everyone I know to your location! Excellent service friendly employee?s makes buying a car from your dealership a WIN, WIN for all involved!
