Best Car Buying Experence Ever!

I spoke to Hatfield KIA first and told them to give me there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told them to call me the next day after they sharpened there pencil. They called me the next day and gave me another price a little lower but still not where I wanted it. I email Ricart and got a price from one email that was $2000 less than Hatfield?s best price. I called Ricart KIA location and told them where I wanted to be. He told me to come on down and they would see what they could do. I meet with Rollin after I arrived and gave him the price I wanted. He took it to the finance department and that was it. I offered to pay the dealer fee, title and tag out of my pocket and they gave me the car for the price I wanted to pay. The best car buying experience that I have ever had! You have a customer for life! Plus it doesn?t hurt that you have a huge selection and just about every manufacturer on the planet in one place! I will be back and I will send everyone I know to your location! Excellent service friendly employee?s makes buying a car from your dealership a WIN, WIN for all involved! Very Deceiving

I test drove and loved a car there. I got all the paperwork done and was approved for the car. I then, however, went to the financing department to determine the amount of my car payment. They factored in a warranty, and did not even give me the option not to choose the warranty, which added a minimum of $100 dollars a month (and was only for 4 years). The financing person did not answer any questions straight forward, and I had to read all the fine print. Turns out if he gets me to agree to any of the warranty packages, he gets a cut of it. I walked away from the car due to the circles I was put through. They seem to only car about how much inventory they move, and not about the customer experience. I will not be returning here. If you like being shuffled around, and mislead, then this would be your place.

Horrible Service, don't waste your time here.

Their salesman talks gave me a lot of pressure. I was looking for a specific Ford Fusion. Their salesman was polite at the beginning. However, when I asked about the price, they suddenly became very rude and offensive. I was actually feeling they were threatening. They won't even allow me to get into their office to talk about the details of the vehicle if I do not promise to buy their car right away. They were arrogant and acted like the king of the universe. Do Not waste your time here.

Stopped by Ricart Mega Mall last night to buy a car I had looked at online. When I pulled up to the gate at the main entrance a gentleman stopped me and ask if he could help me. He then directed me to the used car area and told me that the salesmen work out of the building at that lot and someone would take care of me. I parked in the parking lot across from the front of this building 2nd row. I noticed what appeared to be 4-5 salespersons out front. I proceeded to walk to the used car lot around the building. This lot is huge I'm guessing 3 acres or more. I walked around the entire lot looking for the car I had seen online. I continued to walk around the lot for 20-30 minutes. Only once did a salesperson speak to me and he was rushing by me. Granted he was probably taking care of a customer (novel idea) He said "How's it going" and kept moving. I will not beg to by a car from anyone. Had plans to purchase the car I was looking at on the spot. Due to the lack of customer service and poor salespersons, I will not be buying a car from Ricart ever. Can't say I was treated badly just wasn't treated AT ALL!

Disappointed

My fiancÚ and I went in to try to buy a car. Our current vehicle was nearing it's expiration date so we needed something reliable asap. Both of us has little credit history, not bad just not much history. We were denied instantly and the salesman said he couldn't help us. We traveled over to Jeff Wyler Chevrolet and they got us into a great car that day. If you're in our type of situation do not go there, they don't work with you and it's just a waste of time!!

We're dealin? Not really.

Terrible. Will never go there again for anything. The vehicle we looked at was clearly overpriced. But we test drove it and the hubby loved it. We told the guy that we would think about it for the night and let him know the next day. Came back in the next day with research showing that the vehicle was overpriced and offered a very reasonable offer for it instead. Was flat out told no. They were not even willing to lower the price a few hundred dollars. When I asked why they were being to staunch about the price when it was clearly priced over what it should be, I was told that they have bought the vehicle at auction and needed to sell it at the price listed so the dealership could make money off the deal. We were sitting right there with our bank pre-approval for the loan, ready to sign the papers and make the deal and they would not move a penny. We thanked the guy for his time and left. He didn't even try to stop us. Will never go back there again.

busy very dealership

I went to the dealer with the interest of two cars I saw on the internet. It took 3 hours of wait to view those two cars. The sales person was kind but I'd prefer more attention. The dealership is so busy that each sales person will be selling to two or three buyers at the same time. The sales person forgot to inform us of the details of the warranty so we went online to read the details about the car we were interested in. Basically we did all the research browsing online for cars and reading the details instead of an associate helping us. After agreeing to the deal, we had to wait another 45 minutes for a finance associate. The finance associate was rude and showed no interest in answering any of our questions. the process was horrible for my pregnant wife that was just interesting in getting food after the 4 hour process. If you want a good deal and you know what you want, this dealership probably has the car for you. However, I'd recommend going during an OSU game so the dealership won't be busy.

My wife and I have been looking at used cars and found one we where interested in. We contacted ricart through email. I told them what kind of car I had to trade how much I owed on my car and price range I wanted to be with our new purchase. I explained we live 80 miles away. We where contacted by a catrice mitchell. She told us to come in. We drove down on a Sat. At first every thing seemed well. She ran my credit. My credit was 715. We test drove the car we where interested in. When we sat back at the desk she asked if we where interested in the car. We said yes and that's when we felt like we where in the twilight zone. She went and got her manager. First of all he had crumbs of food all over his mouth he acted like he didn't even know what we wanted. When we started asking him about warranties his sales associate had brought up about scratches in the paint. He just shook his head and said there's no such thing. I look at our sale lady and she just shrugged her shoulders. I felt like we where trying to convince them to sale this car. I'm looking around for the pamplet she showed about the warranties but she took us to a different desk.then he told us he could only give us half of what our car books for. We said we would never do that he said have a nice day. By that time our sales associate had walked away so we juse sat there expecting her to maybe come back and at least say somthing after 2 hours she never returned. We got up and walk toward the door. As we were leaving we seen catrice sitting at a desk with other customer.I've never been treated so unprofessional.

Bought a used car from Ricart on Oct. 31. Was a good experience until it came time to sign the purchase agreement. Wasn't prepared for the hard sell to purchase a service contract. Not once, but twice, I declined the service contract offer. After the second refusal the agent asked me in a condescending manner if I knew that I was buying a $xx,xxx car. (Price withheld in accordance with review guidelines) Yet a 3rd time he asked me to buy the contract. Out of frustration and a misunderstanding of the cost of the contract I agreed. Wasn't until I received my memorandum title I realized the cost of the service contract was almost 10 times what I thought it was. The agent made no effort to clearly disclose the price of the contract and, stupid me, I didn't closely inspect the purchase agreement before signing. I sometimes go fishing during the winter months. At this time of the year the fish are sluggish and refuse to bite. One method I use to catch them is to repeatedly hit them on the head with the fly until they get so annoyed with it that they strike. I now know what it's like to be that fish. Sent email to Ricart expressing my displeasure about the matter, thus far no response. The car is great, the price was right. Just not happy about allowing myself to be manipulated into buying something I didn't want.

Waste of time

I called about a car and on the phone before I went to look at this car, I told them what I owed on my car. I told them that if they could not pay off my car I would not be able to purchase. So I go there and they keep me there with all there games for 2 1/2 hours. Then the very last thing they do is tell me they will only give me 4000.00 less than what my car is worth. Yes they wanted to make a profit of 4000.00 on my car. They wanted me to pay 2400.00 to them to pay off the loan. Are they nuts? Why didn't they tell me how much they would give me for my car from the start instead of wasting all that time. Games games and more games. will never go back.
