No nonsense buying great service

This is the second car I purchased from Lester Glenn Buick and the 5th car from the family of Toms River Lester Glenn dealers in the last few years. Buying from LG Buick is always a good experience as is dealing with the service department. The salesman Ziggy was professional and no nonsense and I will keep going back to him for as long as he is there.

A very positive experience!

I purchased my Buick Encore at a dealership in central NJ and recently moved to Forked River so I needed to locate a local dealership and found Lester Glenn in Toms River. I brought my car there for a routine oil change after scheduling it over the phone. The staff, from the initial phone call to my exit out the door couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. If I remember correctly, I think I waited less than 1/2 hour. I plan on having my future car service there and would highly recommend them!

Professionalism

Besides not getting our "money back" check within 7-10 days it would've been a 10 rated experience. 14 days post purchase we were told 1 more week and then, the next day, 4-6 weeks. The original deal was retracted. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend friends for money back deals or commercial add related inquiries in the future. The overall experience upon purchasing the vehicle was very professional and made as enjoyable as possible. Eylse was a pleasure to do business with.
