Dean Moiser in Germain service dept. is the man to go to. He's honest and fair. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but to dean. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I took my car in to have my brake light replaced after attempting to do it myself. Dean was helpful and friendly and the repair was done timely. There is a Ford dealership closer to my home, but they do not match Germain's customer service

Fantastic Service

I have bought 3 cars here and the service and sales people are fantastic. Dean, one of the service managers, knows all his customers and has always been very helpful. The mechanics are helpful as well and try to explain the whats and whys about the repairs they are making. The place is the best dealership I have every worked with and I really appreciate everyone who works in sales and in service. Thanks to everyone.
