Awesome Customer Service, The Real Deal!!!

We purchased our car (Mecury) from Tipton and have been very pleased with it. We use your service department for regular oil changes and other services, the service team (Jeff & Mike and the rest of the team) are awesome. Not only do we get great service, but the price is very resonable and they makes us aware of any specials that are available. I especially like how they explain things and don't dummy it down (just because I am a woman) or try to oversell services or products. Which makes my husband and I want to purchase other items, like tires. We drive from Greenfield, IN for the services and it is well worth it. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!!!
