Buying a car at Fill Defouw Chevrolet

I made an appointment to see a car I was interested in. I came to the wrong building, but everyone assured me it was fine. They got the representative right away. He gave me the keys, and I test drove it and had my mechanic drive it. When I got back, I said I wanted it, but first wanted to have lunch with my kids. He told me to take it! When I got back, Mr Urschel had all the paperwork ready. I gave him the cashiers check and signed some paperwork. It was really simple. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I told my daughter that the next time she needs a car, we are going to Bill Defouw first.

Avoid at all costs!!

Misdiagnosed problem after spending several thousand dollars. Shorted out LCD screen during routine check replaced it with a much smaller screen. Repaired trunk latch twice still not working properly. AVOID!!!
