I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan

I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan Motorcars in October 2024 for a persistent engine warning light. Despite being an official Bentley dealership, they’ve kept my vehicle in their service department for over 8 months without resolving the issue. Throughout this time: • The problem has never been fixed — the engine light remains on. • I’ve received minimal and inconsistent communication, only when I reach out. • The dealership has not provided a proper explanation or repair timeline. • An acceptable loaner vehicle was only offered in June 2025, after legal pressure was applied. • And critically, my request for a mobility-accessible loaner vehicle—due to my wife’s medical needs—was ignored for months. Despite clearly explaining her condition and upcoming surgery, the first loaner was entirely unsuitable, and a proper accommodation was only provided after legal escalation. This vehicle has spent 75–80% of its time in the shop since I purchased it. For a $300,000 car and a dealership representing a luxury brand, the lack of urgency, transparency, and basic accessibility consideration has been deeply disappointing. I expected world-class service. What I received was silence, delay, neglect, and a total disregard for both customer needs and disability accommodations. I do not recommend Manhattan Motorcars to anyone—luxury buyer or not—unless you’re prepared for long-term frustration, inaccessibility, and zero accountability.

Consumer warning: If you value your time, money, or sanity—proceed with caution. I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan Motorcars in October 2024 for a persistent engine light issue. It is now June 2025, and the car is still sitting there, unfixed. Despite numerous attempts to diagnose the problem, the dealership has not resolved it—and has provided no clear timeline or consistent communication throughout this process. Worse yet, I made it very clear from the beginning that any loaner vehicle would need to accommodate my wife’s mobility challenges, due to an ongoing medical condition and surgery. That request was ignored for months. The first loaner vehicle was completely unsuitable, and an appropriate, accessible loaner was only provided in June 2025—after legal pressure. The dealership has not returned or repaired the vehicle, and their handling of both the service issue and our accessibility needs has been unacceptable. This is not the level of professionalism or care you expect—especially from a brand that sells ultra-luxury vehicles. I'm sharing this so others are aware: If this is how they treat a $300K customer, don’t assume you’ll be treated any better. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far from what “luxury” should look like.

Been trying to call to make appointment to see. Car in their listed inventory and 2 days so far and 2 voicemails with no response. I looked on yelp reviews about manhattan motor cars and was beyond blown away. Really like the look of the car but if I can’t even get a salesperson in 2 days imagine after I buy a vehicle from them.

They were that confident that they reassured me, but I just could not help myself: I worried. Was my Bitcoin lost forever? No chance. Their technicians worked through several complicated decryption techniques over the course of the next few days to decrypt my lost password. They worked through the security levels, attempted all manner of likely variations, and-amazingly-got me logged back on. I felt like I'd won the lottery when I was presented with my balance again. I must have sounded exactly like that barista, praising the merits of Web Bailiff Contractor to anyone who would hear me, because the relief was total. Not only did they restore my funds, but they provided me with sensible advice regarding password management, locking down my crypto, and how to steer clear of such calamities in the future. To this day, whenever I walk by that coffee shop, I always leave a generous tip—just because, if it weren't for that chat, I might still have been shut out of my Bitcoin. Lesson learned: Always double-check your passwords. And if you ever get locked out of your crypto, Web Bailiff Contractor is the one to contact.

They agreed to pay the lower price but complain that they had to put $20,000 worth of service into the car. 24 hours later after giving them my credit card and copy of my driver's license, even after being told that the manager agreed to our deal, they called me and told me because they sent the credit card authorization form to the wrong email, that someone else sold the car from out under us. We all know that this dealership found someone to pay more and screwed me over last minute. This is the kind of dealer that you will be doing business with so think twice. I can say that the people at Lamborghini and Paramus are definitely on the level, not like this dealer.
