I am currently shopping for a car for my son, but my visit was for an oil change and tire rotation.These people really do treat ypu the way they would want to be treated. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased, they treat you like family. Great place to go!!

I was told that I needed a new battery and wanted to think about it and didn't ask about the price until they had my oil change finished. They had to bring the car back in and get the battery changed after I asked what the price was. I was going to price it some place else. My brother told me it was a good price. Also I would like you to change the name to Lynnette since my husband is in the nursing home and I am the person getting the maintenance done. I live in Eureka and will always bring my Ford to Geiser's. I thing your maintenance people are the greatest. I am always treated fairly. Thanks, Lynnette

Service OK was just an oil change but the new service mgr or whatever was horrible on phone when my wife called to make appt. We are long-time customers.....she was made to spell last name three or four times, and this guy still got it wrong.....plus grilled her about year of car, which after all is in the system

The people at Geiser are super. It starts with Harlan,who I bought my truck from 4 years ago.He was very helpful with me in getting the truck that I wanted and not what they had on the lot. Then the people in the service department and office are very nice and helpful with any problems that you may have. I would and do recommend Geiser Ford to anyone I know. I live 1 - 1/2 miles from my local Ford dealorship, but choose to go 25 miles to Roanoke and Geiser Ford.
