Going the Extra Mile for Great Service

I brought my car in for an oil change, and a second attempt to repair the left passenger window that would "stick" when operated by the driver's control. I needed my vehicle back by 3:00, and Mike, the service manager, got the vehicle repaired (and washed) and back to me by 2:30.
