Great experience

We live 1.5 hours away in Indiana, and I would be willing to drive to Wagner Mazda again in the future. The salesman, Jon, that we worked with was very friendly. He was honest with us from the beginning and made us feel comfortable. We test drove our minivan and enjoyed the experience. The buying process was quite smooth and the price was right. We even managed to get a couple hundred dollars off! We met Rick during the buying process, and he was very personable and friendly as well. We've had our new (to us) van for a couple of weeks and have experienced no significant surprises.

Customer for Life

I am 70 years old and while I have not been a customer of the Wagner dealership all my life I will be for the rest of my life! Up till 20 years ago buying a car and getting good service was always a big risk. For the past 20 years I have enjoyed the feeling of being cared about and the joy thinking I got a good deal! Perhaps the most important thing to me has been the peace of mind in knowing that when my car has a problem (which all cars do sooner or later) my car will be taken care of professionaly and at a reasonable price. I just want to thank Rick and the staff (most of them have been there ever since I became a customer) for making one part of my life simple. Larry Calhoon, Columbus Ohio
