The Sales person was great and was very helpful and answered, my question. How his manger would give me very much on my trade in. I feel the magner did not want to work with me since I was buying a used truck.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

The WORST service of any company in any industry. They...
The WORST service of any company in any industry. They repaired our Lincoln for $3600, and the check engine light came on during the drive home. They charged $1600 more and they dented the hood while in the shop, which they are denying. This place takes advantage of women, talks down to you, and has the worst business practices imaginable.

As a repeat customer at the 65th & L St. Lincoln location...
As a repeat customer at the 65th & L St. Lincoln location I went to the new Lincoln location for an oil change on my two vehicles. I called and made the appointments for 8am with the second vehicle following the first. We dropped off the fist vehicle and asked for a call so we could come back and switch vehicles. I waited for 1hr and 15min and drove back thinking they would surely have the first vehicle done. To my surprise they hadn't touched the vehicle! I asked what was going on and they said "I was next in line". I then asked why I made an appointment if it wasn't followed. No response came. I then asked how much longer would it be before the second vehicle was serviced. The response was "there are two vehicles ahead of it". I then asked if they would provide a loaner. No was the response. Long story short, I had the first vehicle serviced and told them to forget the second! I waited another half hour before my vehicle was done and then left. I will not be back! I had similar issues with the 72nd St. Woodhouse location. I stopped going there. Now I have to find a reputable location to do my service. I would not recommend either of these two locations as well as the Plattsmouth Woodhouse location. It seems Woodhouse has forgotten what good service does in keeping repeat customers. That comes from a customer of nearly 45 years.

Experience was less than i expected...individual...
Experience was less than i expected...individual behaviors include driving with hood open and hanging out drivers door. Individual jumping over caution tape versus walking around it. Cashier basically threw a pen at me to sign document and told me to keep pen. I understand we are in strange situation with covid pandemic but I felt as a Lincoln customer the service would be better. Never imagined that I would see my vehicle, with the hood up, backed up and then driven forward with technician literally handing out the door while driving. That would not not meet my safety standards. Visit was for vehicle service.

repair on Ford Ranger
Had an oil change on the truck ,while in I had them check an oil leak . I was told it was the valve covers leaking. A week later I had them replaced I was told it would be $755.00 fine no problem , till I got it home .The next morning I notised it still leaked, so I waited a week to see if it was just excessive oil . it wasn't Took it back to check again , now the said it was the pinion seal leaking ,that cost another $300.00 turns out that was the leak. The person that checked it did not do a very good job diagnosing the problem ,because a $300.00 problem cost me $1055.00

Great New Car Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing a new vehicle. My salesperson (Patrick Christel) was very helpful and respectful of my needs. He gave great input on my option choices. Elaine Campbell did a great job assisting me in customizing my vehicle. I felt like the trade value and that process was fair and not manipulative. Very painless process in many ways. Nothing but good things to say!

Pleased with the outcome
The car had a major problem just a few days after purchasing it. We tried contacting WOODHOUSE just wanting help but the initial customer service told us that there was nothing that they could do for us. We did a lot of research and took the car in a few places until deciding to take it to VW Baxter where they took care of the problem for us. I was surprised to receive a call from woodhouse after the car was fixed wanting to find ways to compensate us for the time wasted, inconvenience, frustrations etc that the car and the company might have created us. long story short, all you need to know, is that they surprised me in a very positive way by making up for us not being happy with the company even when they didn't needed. You expect a good company to go above average service and that's exactly what they did and provide. The way the handled it showed me that they do care about the customer after the sale and that's really rare now days.

I don't do recommendations unless I know it to be true. We have been customers of Woodhouse Lincoln since the 1990s. My wife and I have bought or leased 7 vehicles in that time. Matt Swoboda (sales manager) has always been friendly and ready to meet our every reasonable need. Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. Service and courtesy is what Woodhouse Lincoln does best, if not, talk to Matt. We have enjoyed our long relationship with this dealership and hope you enjoy it as well.

I have delt with woodhouse for several years and have bought multiple vehicles through woodhouse.
