Great Experience

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dave Holmes and H & H Kia. He's the Best! He is honest, thorough and very customer-service oriented. Dave made sure I understood all of the paperwork and worked with management to get me the best deal possible. All of the employees involved in my purchase were professional, courteous and helpful. I have recommended Dave and H & H Kia to my friends and family because of the treatment I have received by both. When I am in need of another vehicle, I will definitely work with Dave!

Great Service

We recently bought an SUV from H&H Kia and we highly recommend them. The car was in great condition and very clean. They did as much as possible to make us comfortable throughout the buying process. When we bought the car we were about to move. We had a complication with the address that the title was being shipped to. However, the title department was extremely helpful by providing the shipping information and going out of their way to make sure we received the title in a timely fashion. H&H Kia also has a great, complimentary service package for local residents who purchase a vehicle that includes 2 free oil changes, tire rotations and fluid top-offs.

Pushy pushy and even more pushy

I took my car in for service and it's like they were ready for me and someone at that dealership wanted my car. I LOVE the 2012 Kia I took in for service. All it needed was a full check and an oil change. They insisted I look into their exchange program while I was waiting. So since I would be waiting a few hours because they did not offer a ride anywhere or a loaner car, I figured I would give them a chance to explain what they seem so proud of. That led me to a very pushy sales lady who insisted I drive a new car. I kept insisting I love my car and I don't want a new one. Then she insisted I drive a brand new demo car. They say it's new even though it's 2 years old because it's never been titled to anyone. It's a nice car. A little nicer than my car but I keep insisting I love my car. They go work out numbers even though I say no I don't want another car. They insult me by telling me my 3 year old car is only worth at least $3,000 less than I know it's worth. They pressured me for 4 hours while my car was "still being worked on" until her manager came out pressuring me more. I had gotten tears in my eyes at least 3 times at this point because as I had previously stated to everyone in the building I LOVE MY CAR. Long story short, I was so frustrated and tired of the whole ordeal I let them talk me into purchasing this "new" almost 3 year old car. I told the sales lady I didn't like the color of the car and I liked mine better at least 5 times but she didn't listen. I know what everyone will say - you should have just left. But I couldn't because they had my car in the service department. I was trapped. So I have cried for 3 days wishing I'd never let my car go. The new one is not the color I wanted. It may be a better car but it does not have the options I wanted that my old car had. I told the lady over and over what I loved about my car. I figure she wanted to buy it for one of her own kids. It was a beautiful car, just a little over the mileage for a 2012, which doesn't bother me. I travel for a living. They preyed on me because they sensed my weakness. If you need a car then go there. If you only need your car serviced, stay away. I wish I'd never set foot in that place. I should have went to Lincoln.

Kia Optima H and H Kia

Would never purchase or deal with H and H Kia again. We purchased a Kia Optima from H and H (which was a great vehicle) did not have any issues with the vehicle was a great car until we had it serviced by H and H before a trip to South Dakota for a check up. We ended up stranded in the middle of Iowa on I-29 due to a blown motor because the radiator cap was left sitting on top not engaged. H and H would not accept responsibility and ended up with a car that was sold to U pull it. Will never deal with H and H Kia again.

Terrible customer service and service department

I want to preface this review by first saying that I enjoy my Kia and this has nothing to do with the actual vehicle. I have had the worst customer service experiences at H & H Kia. I experienced horrible customer service during the purchase of my vehicle and the terrible customer service continues every time I drop off my car to be serviced. During my most recent experience I had to take my vehicle in 4 times before it was repaired correctly. All the customer service manager did was make excuses and tell me how this is not actually an inconvenience because H & H offers free rental cars. Really!? You're right, driving all the way across town during rush hour between full time work and full time school at night is not an inconvenience... Then she acted like they were doing me a favor by "fixing my car for free" even though it's all under warranty. Never once did she acknowledge my frustration or apologize for the situation. DO NOT BUY YOUR KIA FROM H & H KIA.

What a Joke

Their "upgrade" program for one is a serious joke, they want to get you into a new car for the same or less payment than you currently have... WRONG! They have made up excuses over and over of why they "cannot" go below a certain payment plan. They were told multiple times that XXX.XX amount was the budget, apparently they did not want to work with that budget. Well they lost our business! I bought my current care from them and will not feel it is a loss going elsewhere!

If you're looking for a new car think about a purchasing a Kia. We are leaving H&H Kia today with our 4th vehicle, a 2014 Kia Optima. Stop in and talk to Dave Holmes. He will treat you right and do whatever he can to get you in the car you want. He has also been known to throw in a bag of his homemade beef jerky! REDICULOUSLY GOOD I might add!!! horrible customer service

sales department pushy, rude and offensive. Got upset if I questioned something that he felt I shouldn't be questioning. instead of putting the customer first and making sure the customer was right, he made up excuses why this dealership doesn't do certain things- could learn a lot from other dealers. while they had my car to put in after market product , someone smoked in my car, ashes and lighter found inside my car- disgusting.
