Horrible Experience

Horrible experience. Promised things with an extended warranty and when it came time to use it they didn't honor what was promised. Will not buy another VW and will not buy another car from this dealership! Buyer beware! Get EVERYTHING in writing!!!! It was certified pre-owned and purchased an additional warranty. The car was owned for less than 2 months before having the first issue with it where it broke down and couldn't be started. The car had only 17,000 miles on upon purchase.

Epitome of slimy auto sales tactics

This was the epitome of smarmy, slick salesmanship. Given no details on the car. Took for a test drive and got 2 warnings from the car that there was NO GAS IN IT!!! The salesman came across as a friendly, trustworthy, sincere human being, when in fact he was just like all the others...out for himself and the big bucks. We let our guard down because of just that and got a royal screwing. BEWARE! After we bought the car and had issues, we are getting ZERO satisfaction...salesman does not follow through on issues. He got his money, now he's done.

Terrible

Shopped the dealer for a new car and ended up purchasing a new '13 Subaru Outback from a competing dealer out of the area for almost $4k less for the same car. Per Subaru, took the car to this dealer for service and Wyoming Valley Motors basically refused to service the car. They returned it un-fixed with a scratch in the hood. Total hassle - I would not recommend doing business with these folks - unreasonable and take zero ownership.

Awesome Experience !
