LaFontaine's great Honda serivce

I've been a customer of LaFontaine since I bought my 2006 Civic Honda there (new) and have never had a problem. Everyone is friendly and helpful without being "car salesman pushy". After I moved to the other side of town, I tried a different, more convenient dealership for maintenance. Once. I've been back at LaFontaine ever since.

Purchasing My 2014 Accord

It was time to renew my lease on my 2011 Accord, which also came from LaFontaine Honda, being completely satisfied with both the sales and service departments, I returned. I received the same friendly, polite, and personal service that I always experience. Ms. Ha, my sales representative, is professional, very knowledgeable about the 2014 Accord, friendly, polite, kind and patient. She explained the features of the car and took me on a test drive during my first visit. After the purchase she again went over the features and operation of the car. She even set up the Bluetooth feature and entered my phone numbers into the system. Please note that her patience is phenomenal. When I returned with a question about one of the features on my car, both Ms. Ha and Dean (from the service department) were a part of the process that quickly found the resolution. As before, I will continue to return for service. I am totally satisfied with both the service I received and my new car. Thank you to Ms. Ha,Dean, LaFontaine, and Honda.
