Great used car people

I bought a used car from Fairlane in 2010 and sold them one in 2012. I don't have experience with their new car sales force, but their used staff are top notch. They got right to the point and didn't play games. I would recommend them to someone looking for a used car.

New 2015 Escape lease

Jim Flynn made leasing our new 2015 Ford Escape as wonderful and as easy as anyone could ever imagine. Up to and including our registration and tag which he personnally delivered to us 15 minutes after we took delivery of our Escape. Jim and Fairlane Ford were terrific and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new Ford. He ordered our Escape exactly as WE wanted it equipped, worked with us to get the best deal & financing, and kept us in the loop as it was being built. It didn't hurt that the 2015 Escape is a terrific vehicle and that Fairlane Ford is 8 minutes from our home, but that only added to our wonderful experience. Thank You Jim & Fairlane Ford! Oil Change

I came in for an oil change and was there for almost two hours. I arrived at 7:45a and left about 9:15a. When I checked my information in my dash I noticed that the mechanics did not reset the computer and my oil level was reading at 30%. I had to call the service department for them to tell me how to restart my computer system so it can show 100%.
