spoke to salesperson jeff c about a infiniti listed on cars.com, reiterated price a number of times before arranging 26o mi trip to view car and make deposit. 150 mi into trip and i get call that price is actually $10,000 more than listed price, turned around and went home. called sales mgr mark carson to express my dissatisfaction, suggested a $50 gas card would be a good way to amend their mistake, told me he didn't have authority (yet he can decide $1000's on sale of auto). called mark carson again 1st thing monday morning to inquire about decision on gas card he told me his boss mark winkler rejected the proposal. i placed a call to mark winkler before calling the sales mgr mark carson - mr winkler's out until thurs. mr carson was rude and told me i was foolish for believing they would sell the car for the price they listed yet the free carfax link they have to the listing indicates the price listed is $300 over average retail price for cars with similiar specs. my first impression, i don't trust these people.
