Our Sales Representative, Steve Phnaugh?, reviewed with us the many options that the Escape S and SE had and the differences. Because Steve knew that these two cars drove differently he insisted that we test drive them both. I'm so glad that he did. I was disappointed in the way the Escape SE ecoboost engine sounded. It ran more like a truck and it sounded like my Taurus before it died. The Escape S was a quiet ride and I immediately fell in love with it. I never dreamed that I would drive it off the lot on the same day we chose to look at a car. I was truly greatful to Sarat for letting me do that as I'm quite active in the community and without a car had no way to meet my commitments. Steve went above and beyond when he parked it next to my car, fully gassed up, so that we could move stuff quickly from mine to the new car on one of the coldest days of the year. He made arrangements with me to get it inspected and to insure that it worked with my phone. Now my husband fell in love with it, too.

Great service

I just returned from 2 separate weekly trips from MA to SC. It put me at needing an oil change. I like the fact that I didn't need to get an appointment. I just want to dealership and was out again in less than 1 hour. Also got $$ off services and a rebate added to my rewards. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Overall experience was good. The quick turn around was key. Yesterday I broke a wiper while cleaning snow off the windshield. I want to bring the car in for a repair/replacement of the wiper today and would appreciate the same kind of quick in and out service.
