Great, Friendly Service And Wonderful Staff

We just purchased a car from Hines Park Lincoln and our experience was excellent. All of the staff was helpful and friendly (regardless of whether or not they were our actual sales rep). We left with a great car and a great feeling about the purchasing experience. We have purchased several new cars in the past and this has been, by far, the most enjoyable. Every thing was done well. But last Oct. on doing the works the worker didn't perform some of the work he should have done. Such as Anti-freeze flush/replace and same for power steering. This worker who did a tune-up on our car caught this. And said those items looked pretty bad.

Low Tire Pressure

Cleoe, the driver, was very professional and yet friendly. They took much longer that they said and lost my car and paperwork for awhile. But, everything worked out. I'm just hoping the car is really fixed. I should know in a couple of weeks.

Customer Service needs improvement

I was unhappy that it took a month to get my vehicle in for repair. First, I took it in to see what was wrong with my Mairner, only to find out it was the transmission again. Then I had to wait an entire month before I could get the vehicle fixed. The repair was done but not in a timely manner. Additionally, I had to call the dealership to get a update on my car, they don't call you unless you keep calling them.

5,000 Mile Service

The service at the Hines Park Lincoln Quick Lane in Canton was outstanding. Dave took great care of me. The 5,000 mile service was completed in a little over an hour. Since I had service credits in my Owner's Advantage Account, I was able to get the service completed without a charge. This is a great program.
