This was my seventh time buying a new car, but the first stress-free experience with none of the high-pressure and deceptive sales techniques that characterized my previous experiences. One of the most important answers one can give when asked a question is "I don't know." I can recall at least one past experience in which the salesman clearly didn't know the answer to my question, so he just made a bunch of stuff up. Conversely, in those one or two instances when a Steve Lewis staff member wasn't quite sure how to answer my question, he said so and then went and found the correct information. This is what buying a car should always be like.
