Great Service, nice people!

My engine light came on so I diverted my planned route to Medford and went to Mock's Ford. It was kind of spur of the moment, they took my car right away and informed me that it would take some time to find what was wrong. Minutes later a young man asked if I would like a ride home courtesy of Mock's. Although I had to wait until the next day, all was taken care of including a freshly washed car! Thanks guys.

Good deal

Not sure if Ford really wants to sell every type of truck they offer. I ordered a supercab and was guaranteed that it would be built within 6 weeks but it was not and they couldn't tell me when it would be built. I finally settled for a extended crew cab (not really what I wanted and $3,000 more) that had almost everything I had ordered on it. When I picked up the truck they told me that Ford had finally gotten back to them and the truck I had ordered would be started the next week. That was 8 weeks after I ordered it. On the positive side the dealer did everything they could to make me happy. They came down in price and gave me a good deal on my trade in. I purchased a 2016 F250 diesel short bed. Their service was great once the truck was selected and the staff was very helpful.
