2015 Escape

Scott and the others were all very friendly. It was our first stop related to some shopping. He was patient, clear and thorough. Never did we feel pressured or steered in a uncomfortable direction. Service to address the trade-in and preparation of the new car was great. 2015 Escape Titanium. Looked for a red one, but just not in the cards. Seen and tested a nice silver SE and really liked all involved, including the lease price. When challenged with a couple of specific options, we needed to upgrade to a titanium, not expecting so many bells and whistles on a car, including what we asked for, remote start and access. Scott came through with flying colors. I did not mention this until last, but this was a new vehicle for my mother, 80, who does not need to worry about a 10 year old vehicle anymore. The confidence of the warranty and feedback about the escape features helped her decision. I have always heard about F'ville service, but did not have the chance to experience it until this month. Great Fords

There is only one complaint I have, and it is not a major complaint. After leaving your dealership, i noticed that my gas tank was almost empty. I was surprised that it had not been filled. We were very pleased with Scott, our salesperson, and with the overall experience of Fowlerville Ford.
