The only disappointing part of the replacement of my OnStar module was that it was not activated, and nobody told me. I had to go through a complete reactivation of my vehicle with OnStar and have my account updated. It would have been nice to know.

2013 Buick Enclave front strut problem

I appreciated the representative's honesty, when he informed me of being a little bit backed up and the projected time to complete my service would be around an hour. Typically, an oil change takes less time. The choice was mine to wait, leave it, or come back.
