If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't ever go here. I have a 2012 ford focus SE that I had been having problems with while still under warranty. When I met the service manager, chris Caruso, he handed me a pamphlet about my car and told me to read it because the problems I thought my car had were just the way the car was supposed to run. I made an appointment to get my car inspected just in case. When I called a few days before to confirm my appointment the service manager told me once again that my car is probably fine and that it's all in the pamphlet. Once I brought my car in and the dealership did an inspection they found that my transmission and front axle were both bad. So I decided to make another appointment to have them fix my car. Since it was still under warranty, it would be free on my part. I was told my parts had been ordered for the car and they would be in on monday or tuesday, wednesday being the latest (they apparently ordered the parts the thursday prior). On Wednesday I hadn't heard from them so I called chris and left a voicemail asking if my parts had come in, leaving my name and number as well as my days off that I would be available to bring my car in. I never received a call back. That following monday and almost another full week later, I called again and a woman answered the phone telling me that the service manager was out on the field. I explained my situation to her and told her this was ridiculous thst I was told 6 days maximum and it had been almost two weeks. She looked my parts up and said they had arrived that morning and that Brian would be fixing my car. I told her my car will not pass inspection with these problems and that my inspection sticker runs out at the end of august She said she would let Brian know that it's urgent that he calls me and that I'll be hearing from him first thing tomorrow morning. I never recieved a call yet again , so two days later I had to end up calling the headquarters and filing a complaint. Once that happened, brian finally called and said he was booked all week, but could take my car tuesday, after a lot of angry conversation all of the sudden the story about my car and parts had changed and he was able to take me the following day. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and asked about the loaner car i was promised, they then told me the place they get the loaners from doesnt open for another hour, so i had no place to go and nothing to drive until over an hour later when the loaner car finally showed up. My car was fixed the following day. When I went to pick it up and asked them what they had specifically fixed in my car, they handed me the bill and said "you can read it." If I have another problem with my car, I'm driving the extra hour to concord to get it checked out. I would rather do that then drive the ten minutes to this one and be treated the way I did. Not to mention I also needed new tires and they wanted to charge me $1,000 to replace them. I honestly feel like they were purposely ignoring me because they wanted my warranty to run out so I would have to pay the thousands of dollars worth of repairs into my car. They're overpriced, greedy, inconsiderate a-holes. Please keep your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

Shady business

After getting an email about a car I was interested in price dropping. I went to the showroom to find a green tag with a price three thousand more than what I was quoted. I was approached by Lisa who told me the prices change hourly in the market. That's kinda shady. After sitting down I couldn't help but notice how rude she was by not even making eye contact with me when I was speaking and a few times even cut me right off to talk to someone else. She came off as very rude and arrogant. During the negotiation she and a manager quoted payments thAt didn't even add up right. I went over the se figures several times on my calculator and couldn't see how they were off by three grand. Obviously I just left and sent the manager a email about the figures. After answering my questions rudely he told me he wasn't gonna give me a loan calculating lesson and said I was wrong with my figures. Oddly enough he gave me his figures and they were the same as what I came up with. Go figure!!! He stated he didn't want my business anyway. Nice business practices huh! They also make you pay for car faxes online. SHADY!!!

ASTOUNDINGLY bad service center. I don't know how Ford can allow Best f Ford /Lincoln in Nashua, NH to exist as it does. I am a 3rd generatin Nashuan who buys American...and Fords. I have 3 trucks and an SUV...and one thing I can count on is this dealership making my life miserable. You name it they do it. Overcgharge always. Send you a vehicke back with someting broken that wasn't broken before. They take an inordinate amount of time to mess up a repair. I am now going to leave nashua for manchester or chelmsford ma to seek repairs because it is a guarantee that I am going to feel the need to write another one of these reviews after yet another horrible experience and to try to save someone else the pain of going to Best Ford of Nashua. Please Ford motor company...take control of this hack dealersip.

Great Experience

This was the second vehicle I purchased from Best Ford. Although there were some minor kinks ( no manual recieved yet, back idered, and a few minor cosmetic issues with the car), my expience has been great during and after the sale. Both the sales manager and finance manager were great! I will continue to purchase from this dealership. The service department was also very easy to deal with since they corrected the small issues. I am very happy with them overall and hope I`ll receive my manuals soon.

Great experience!

I'm not one to write reviews but I must say, my sales person John B. and the sales manager Chris C. are two of the best. John exceeded expectations from the second I walked in the door, and Chris was a no BS Sales Manager who honestly gave me the best deal right from the beginning. There was ZERO negotiation just due to the fact they gave me the best price right away. I shopped around and prior to walking in and the price they gave me blew everyone else's away. I left with a new Fusion SE (which has far more technology than my home PC, haha) and John walked me through everything numerous times, which is very time consuming considering everything these cars have to offer. Great guy, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Im not sure if Im happier with my new car, or the experience of buying it. Kudos to John and Chris.

Very happy with the sales staff. Both finance, and sales were very accomodating, got a great deal on a new Mustang. The car was ready for me when I arrived. Very low pressure dealership. Worked on my time. Was willing to make the deal work for me.
