Very pleasant dealership. Everybody there seemed nice. My salesman Scott and finance guy Hosea were very personable and a joy to talk to! Haggling over price was typical of most dealerships, you know pushing monthly payment not price of vehicle. I never felt like I was forgot about or being played the waiting game. I got full attention from my salesman. They didn't try to pull any paperwork "fast ones" like some dealerships, you know, "oops we forgot to take off the $500 cash you put down". Whole process took a little over 5 hours from start to finish but they explained each step as we went. Finance guy got me an interest rate way better than I expected and priced my extended warranty below what I had offered to pay (how often does that happen). Truck was prepped and tank was full even before I signed on the dotted line. Communication has been prompt. I guess my only complaint is that during negotiations I asked for a price in writing not a monthly payment and all I got was another monthly payment but that's typical I'm sure. Even though my salesman was a Wolverine (I'm a Spartan) I would buy from him and dealership again.
