The Ford Edge was in for its 30,000 mile check-up

Hi, I am Carol Piper and own a Ford Edge 2011. I was recently in your garage and I felt that I was very well treated and the time of my car being in for maintenance was great. They did a good job and the car was returned to me in a clean state. I have always been treated well and will continue to bring my car in for service. I have a daughter and son-in-law who also own Ford's and they are pleased with their cars and the service they get from your place. It was very nervous there were larger issues with my car, when advised it was repairable and under warranty it was a relief. I would like to see extended hours in your service center however.

Great place for automobiles

I don't know exactly how many vehicles I've purchased or leased from Jack Byrne, but it's close to 11. I've have nothing but good things to say about the whole group of people at Jack Byrne. My first vehicle was a Ford Explore, I've had Edge's and Explores along the way, and have been happy with all of them. I brought a used Mercury for my daughter when she went to college also. I've always dealt with Joe Gilbert, know has always been helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.
