Great Experience

My Dealer was Mat Cormier and he was great. He went above and beyond for me. I walked away with a brand new 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. I really enjoyed working with Mat he was kind and polite and treated me like a person and not just another sale. He explained everything in full detail and made sure I understood what I was getting. Keene Mitsubishi is where its at.

We live in Saint Albans VT and we wanted the new Outlander so after going a few places closer to us I got sick of being tossed around. So I posted my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport on online to sell out right when Justin Flag, one of their sales agents called me saying he could help us out no problem. Well with hesitation my wife and I made the 2 and a half hour trip down there and it was the best thing we could have done. They listened to us found the best style of the Outlander that would work out the best for us. Justin, Matt, and there sales Manager Chris where completly awesome to us. They stayed late into the evening to finish up with us and Chris faught to get us the best intrest rate he could which ended up saving us money. So great job. Im do happy Justin made the call to us and we love our Outlander!!!

Fairfields Keene Mistubishi

I was looking for a specific Lancer fully loaded however, my current car was leaving me in a bind with the amount I still owed. I came across Fairfeilds thru the internet doing a search for a Lancer. I lived 2 hours away so I called and got some information and was explaining my current car issue. I made it clear I did not want to drive up there to be mislead I was promised They would be honest. I came up with my husband and was ready to haggle price back and forth did all my prep work such As my car price the lancer price etc. I spoke with Paul Lawlor in Sales he was professional and extremely nice and willing to help me. Expecting to spend hours haggling and getting price down I was soon surprised that we were out of there in an hour after test drive and talking. Paul gave me his cell phone to call to pick up the car because it needed to be detailed. I was in a big rush to get the car so he made sure they got to work on it immediatley. I was able to get a hold of Paul before and After the sale. When i was able to get the car he had all the paperwork done so I could come in and sign and he was even willing to drive my car to me once detailed because of my drive. 2 weeks later, Paul called me to see if I could drive back up to sign title in maidem name since thats name I bought it in. I told him it was a Iong drive and I was working so instead he had somebody bring the paperwork to my work the same day to sign and my work was over 45 minutes away. I have never met a car salesman so direct and straight to the point. No haggling no bull and he is up front and honest! Paul Lawlor also made things easy and conveniet for me! I highly recommend this dealership and if you want up front and to the point Paul is the guy you want to see. The entire Fairfeilds staff is awesome! i could not be happier with my experience. I have bought 6 new cars each one a different dealership and Fairfields by far is the best! Thank you Paul for a seemless transition to my beautiful new car without the hassle! I look forward to getting another car from this dealership the drive was worth it! You will not be disappointed with Fairfield's and Paul Lawlor is I would say best in Sales and Customer Serice!

lying about wor being done then having to admit it

In December of 2010 I bought an 03 Evolution from Colorado and had the car shipped to me, well when I got the car the check engine light was on so in January of 2011 I brought the car to Keene Mitsubishi to have them look at it, they told me it needed a new catalytic converter for $850,(ended up being from the elevation change from Colorado to NH), so on top of that I wanted the timing belt done as well, after spending $2200 on parts and labor the car was good, May 2012 I brought the car down for more work (sunroof fixed, clunking in the front end, new clutch, and the normal check up for the car) another $2100 into my car from this dealership, in June of 2012 I bought the stock exhaust to put back on my car so it didn have the aftermarket one that came on the car when I bought it, well I jacked the car up in the drive way to change it thinking he bolts will come right off after all the cat was just changed a year in 4 months agoWRONG it was so rusted the bolts were falling apart. So I had a few other dealerships take a look at the car and tell me what they thought, and they all said that there was know way the cat was changed ever, so I bring the car back down to Keene Mitsubishi to have them look at it, after going back and forth with 2 different service managers about my problem, one guy lies right to my face with all his employees and new service manager watching, Come to find out there was a iss understandingwhen the work was done so they charged me 850 for the cat and 300 for the labor to put it on totaling at 1150.00, the service manger at the time was really nice he gave use a check for 1100.00 and we went on our way, after letting it sit in my head for 2 weeks I call back, because my sunroof still wasn fixed right the first time, and the clunking came right back within a day or two from when I left the dealership, Brought the car in again in July, thinking maybe they will treat us right, after only putting about 250 miles on the car sense the last time I was at this dealership, now the clunking in the front end is two really bad struts and its not going to be cheap $$$$. Wait a minute they told me it was the sway bar after looking the car up and down. Also lying right over the phone telling me that the sunroof is working fine, Wrong, when I picked the car up after having the sunroof fixed for first time it wasn working in the dealership parking lot and still dosnt work now. Of course now I wondering as the timing belt really changed?Not sure what going on at this dealership, make sure if u have work down to have it looked into to make sure the work u just paid for was actually done. I never going back and this wont be the end of me complaining because I going higher with this.

Excellence all the way around at Fairfield Kia

I sent out inquiries via CARS.COM and received a very aggressive Internet offer from this dealership which was a 3 hour drive from me. They had exactly what I wanted in a Kia Soul, and beat the competition by a few hundred $$ to make it worth my time to drive to them. I couldn't have asked for more!

Very Professional!

This is one of the dealerships that we shopped for a new car. The sales staff works well as a team to provide this customer with courtesy, good information, options, and follow up. All of my questions were answered promptly either by phone or email. Whenever I called, someone (an actual person) answered the phone within 2 rings. We went there with a particular vehicle in mind; Cole (Connor) suggested a couple other options that might better fit our needs. We chose a 2012 Rio5... Fairfield not only gave us a very competitive price, but was able to locate and deliver the color and option configuration that we were looking for within 24 hours... other dealerships were giving us a 6-8 week time frame for delivery. Thank you Cole and the entire sales staff at Fairfield for your truly professional and, excellent customer service! I look forward to using Fairfield's service department in the future.
