That I received a call making sure I want to keep the appointment.But was not happy that my appointment was for 9am and did not pick up until mid afternoon.It was just an oil change.And I did mention to check my breaks and that was not stated on my receipt.

This was our first time at your dealership I honestly hate buying cars the whole experience is normally bad . I have to say of all the salesmen I have worked with over the years Ryan Joslin made the trip to syracuse well worth it . He is the reason we purchased our car . For a young guy he did a great job .
